Meet Katherine Bultema

I became a realtor to serve the NW Indiana region in 2012. My strongest desire was to help my clients realize their dreams of home ownership. That same desire continues to drive me today. Assisting my clients with their real estate needs is, and always will be, my top priority.

I understand that a real estate transaction represents one of the largest financial commitments a person will ever make. I take my role as their adviser seriously. I stand beside and guide my clients each step of the process. Because of that, my career has been built on the referrals of satisfied clients who appreciate my integrity and uncompromising values.

My husband, Andrew, and I were both raised in NW Indiana. Our families have lived in the region for generations, we take pride in being deeply rooted in this area. I have developed many personal and professional relationships here, and we have a strong sense of community. We are thrilled to be raising our two children in the same towns we grew up in. It is also very rewarding to have the opportunity to create a thriving real estate group in this region with expansion into the IL market.

As a woman of faith, I live by the golden rule. I treat others as I would want to be treated, and I do my best to instill these values into my children and my business each day. I truly believe treating others with kindness will make our world a better place.
